Care & Maintenance

ColorQuartz® does not need to be sealed. Do not use abrasive scrubs, chemicals, oils or powders. Use of trivets or hot pads is recommended for hot pots, pans or electric skillets. Always use a cutting board when cutting. The high endurance and durability of ColorQuartz® will protect the beauty of your surface for years.

Honed and leathered surfaces require more maintenance than polished surfaces. Signs of daily living such as fingerprints or marks may show on these types of surfaces. If necessary, use Soft Scrub Liquid Gel without bleach to remove difficult spots. Honed and leathered surfaces are not recommended for high traffic areas.
